Information you choose to share

If you use a contact form, the site receives your name, email address, selected topic, and message. The coalition form may also receive your state or territory and the area where you would like to help. That information is emailed to Charles Yarbrough and used only to read and respond to your request.

Scheduling with Calendly

Schedule links open a Calendly popup. If you choose to use it, the information you enter is handled by Calendly under its own privacy practices. Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies needed to provide its scheduling service.

Cookies and local storage

This site uses a short-lived PHP session cookie to protect the contact form against misuse. It also saves your light or dark theme choice in your browser’s local storage so the site can remember it on your next visit.

This website does not currently use advertising cookies or behavioral analytics.

Basic server records

Like most websites, the hosting server may record technical details such as your IP address, browser type, requested page, and time of access. These records are used for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.

How information is shared

Personal information submitted through this site is not sold. It may be processed by service providers needed to operate the site or respond to you, such as the web host, email provider, and Calendly. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect the site and its visitors.

Retention and security

Messages are kept only as long as reasonably useful for the conversation, business records, security, or legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

The site links to Web Host Pro, Amazon, social networks, and Ash & Stone. Those services have their own privacy policies and practices once you leave this website.

Your choices

You may ask what personal information you have shared through this site, request a correction, or ask for deletion when no legal or operational reason requires keeping it. You can also block or clear cookies and local storage in your browser, though doing so may reset your theme choice or contact-form session.
